  • I don't know my login. What do I do?

    On the sign-in page, click Forgot password and enter the Corcoran email address you use to log into eCorcoran. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password. If you still can't log in, please email [email protected].

  • Which course is required?

    The Fair Housing course from REC 4 Success—if you are affiliated with Corcoran Brokerage or Corcoran Sunshine and licensed as a real estate agent in NY State. Please note:

    • Other Fair Housing courses for continuing education do NOT qualify for this requirement. This course is specific to Corcoran.
    • You do NOT need to email Corcoran staff your completion certificate for this Fair Housing course. We have a record.
  • I need to complete 22.5 hours of Continuing Education to renew my New York real estate license. How can I do that?

    When you complete the required Fair Housing course, you will receive 3.0 CE credits. If you'd like to complete the other 19.5 CE hours, you can purchase the Complete Your CE Bundle* from Real Estate Center 4 Success for $150 or you can opt for another accredited provider.
